Uconnect

Uconnect powers your Chrysler’s infotainment system, allowing you to seamlessly access entertainment, send and receive emails, make phone calls, and perform a host of hands-free activities from the driver’s seat. Your dealer or you can activate it by setting up an online account and starting your free trial.

Every new Chrysler includes a free trial of all Uconnects services. Once the trial expires, you can choose the services you want to keep. Let’s look closer at some of the available packages and see what they offer.

Safety & Security Package

Roadside assistance is available 24/7/365, and one call will bring skilled technicians to help you with services ranging from jump-starting to lockout assistance and fuel delivery. If you’re in trouble, you can hit the SOS button, and emergency assistance will be dispatched. The Automatic SOS feature is activated if your airbags are deployed, and the call center will instantly contact you to provide any help you need.

A theft alarm alert will be sent to your cellphone if you’re away from your vehicle and its alarm goes off. If your vehicle is stolen, call center personnel will provide law enforcement with its tracking information to assist in getting your car back. This package is available for up to 10 years and can easily be extended.

Vehicle Performance Package

This package allows you to access your vehicle’s health through the Chrysler’s information screen or remotely via a smartphone app. You can check the fuel status, view your vehicle’s servicing history, receive service reminders, and download software updates for your Chrysler. This package is available for up to five years and can be extended by subscription.

Additional Packages

You can also choose the Assistance Package, which provides vehicle status information, a vehicle finder facility, and PHEV smartphone control. If you want assistance with navigation, the Connected Navigation Package offers dynamic route mapping, connected travel and traffic information, and last-mile navigation assistance.

FamCAM

Wondering what the kids or dog are doing in the rear seats? This available system provides a split-screen view of what’s happening behind you without the need to pull over and check or risk an accident by turning around.

Amazon Fire TV

This available system ensures your rear passengers have all the entertainment they need, including gaming, sports, entertainment, and music. Two seatback-mounted 10.1″ screens can provide split or synched content and keep everyone occupied.
